Our culinary team will be preparing a romantic Valentines' Dinner to celebrate the holiday. The four-course dinner will be available Thursday, February 14; Friday, February 15; and Saturday, February 16, in The Foundry gastropub.  Served 5pm - 9pm, $50 per person.

Cold-Water Lobster Bisque

Classic Caesar Salad

Farmhouse Salad

Field greens, dried cranberries, smoked gouda, candied pecans,

shaved red onion, balsamic vinaigrette


Entrée Course - (Choice of)

Salmon Brulee

Atlantic salmon seared with a sweet & salty crust.  Finished with lemon-dill cream sauce.  Paired with three cheese and sweet pea risotto and vegetable medley

Chicken Marsala

 Seared bone-in, skin-on chicken breast topped with chicken confit, mushroom, onion, and marsala jus.  Paired with roasted garlic/chive whipped potatoes and vegetable medley

Steak Au Poivre

Grilled prime NY strip steak laced with brandy peppercorn glace de viande.  Paired with rosemary-scented red wine braised mushrooms  and roasted garlic/chive mashed potatoes

Shrimp and Lobster Primavera

Cold-water lobster, shrimp, asparagus tips, yellow squash, zucchini,

and cherry tomato tossed in lobster cream sauce with linguini noodles
