Chicken Marsala

 Seared bone in skin on chicken breast topped with chicken confit, mushroom, onion, and Marsala jus.  Pared with roasted garlic/chive whipped potatoes and vegetable medley

Steak Au Poivre

Grilled prime NY strip steak laced with brandy peppercorn glace de viande.

 Paired with rosemary-scented red wine braised mushrooms

 and roasted garlic/chive mashed potatoes

Shrimp and Lobster Primavera

Cold-water lobster, shrimp, asparagus tips, yellow squash, zucchini,

and cherry tomato tossed in lobster cream sauce with linguini noodles
