Celebrate Thanksgiving




CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (October 12, 2011) – Give thanks with loved ones at Broad Street Grille’s   annual holiday feast.  The culinary team will be serving a Lowcountry Thanksgiving Feast this year, with incredible items that showcase the amazing culinary creations of South Carolina’s coast. 


The meal begins at noon on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, and will be served until 5 p.m.  The price is $32.95 for adults and $17.95 for children seven – 12.  Little ones six and under eat for free.  Reservations are strongly encouraged and may be made by calling (423) 424-3700.  Complimentary valet parking will be available.  


The Thanksgiving Feast at Broad Street Grille will begin with a variety of delicacies from the Lowcountry, including Lowcountry Peel and Eat Shrimp with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce; House Smoked Black Pepper Salmon; Cajun Smoked Salmon; Blue Crab-Boursin Dip; and Blackened Tuna Dip. 


Featured salads will include Hydroponic Field Greens with Crisp Vegetables, Beans, Cured Olives and House Made Dressings; Baby Spinach Salad with Pecans, Apples and Cider Vinaigrette; and BSG Caesar Salad.   


Cajun Fried Turkey Breast with House Made Turkey Tasso Gravy and Bourbon-Cider Brined Fresh Ham with Bourbon Mustard will be carved to order.  


Other delectable items that will be served are Beer Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs with Pan Gravy; Chive Butter Whipped Potatoes; Tennessee Sour Mash Sweet Potato and Apple Casserole with a Pecan Streusel Crust; Sautéed Haricot Verts with Country Ham and Mustard; and House Made Andouille Sausage and Collard Cornbread Dressing.  


Mouthwatering desserts include a Holiday Milk Chocolate Fountain with Marshmallows, Brownies, Cookies, and Fresh Fruit; Bananas Fosters Bread Pudding; Caramel Apple Cobbler with Sweet Cinnamon Cream; Sweet Potato and Apple Pies; Assorted Tarts and Cakes; and Guilt-Free Mini Dessert Shots.
