CELEBRATE THE HOLIDAY SEASON AT THE CHATTANOOGAN |

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (November 21, 2011) -- The Chattanoogan hotel, Chattanooga’s only AAA Four-Diamond rated full-service hotel is hosting festive holiday events to bring together families and friends. Lights, Camera, Happy Holidays Package Rock City Enchanted Garden of Lights includes nightly entertainment in the pavilion, next to a warm fireplace with hot cocoa; Sugar Plum Fairy Makeovers for children, where little ones have the wonderful opportunity to dress up in costumes and transform themselves into magical fairies and have their faces painted; visits with Santa Clause and his elves; and Gingerbread cookie decorating. Holiday Rate – Rooms at the Inn Holiday Enhancements Christmas Dinner The meal includes BSG Fall Harvest Salad Bar; Hydroponic Field Greens; Arugula Salad with Prosciutto, Figs and Honey Vinaigrette; and BSG Caesar Salad Presentation. Seafood favorites include Citrus-Fennel Peel and Eat Shrimp; House Smoked Salmon; Blue Crab-Mascarpone Dip; and Tuna Artichoke Pesto Dip. Featured entrees are House Smoked Prime Rib of Beef with Roasted Garlic-Rosemary Demi Glace, Madeira-Herb Brined Turkey Breast with Parmesan-Crispy Pancetta Gravy, and Cider-Herb Marinated Pork Roast. Accompaniments include Mascarpone-Sage Whipped Potatoes; Linguine with Leeks, Radicchio and Homemade Spicy Italian Sausage topped with Porcini Cream Sauce; and Sautéed Broccoli Rabe with Roasted Sweet Potatoes. The gourmet meal with conclude with BSG’s Holiday Milk Chocolate Fountain accompanied by an array of dipping items; Panetone Bread and Butter Pudding; Caramel Apple Cobbler with Sweet Cinnamon Cream; Tiramisu-Eggnog Trifle; Apple Pie; Assorted Tarts and Cakes; Panna Cotta Shots; and Mini Dessert Shots.
