CELEBRATE THE HOLIDAY SEASON AT THE CHATTANOOGAN

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. Lights, Camera, Happy Holidays Package

Get into the holiday spirit with a winter getaway to The Chattanoogan and a visit to one of the Southeast’s top holiday attractions, Rock City’s Enchanted Garden of Lights. This award-winning, holiday light extravaganza features more than 30 holiday scenes and one million beautiful lights that transform the gardens into an incredible nocturnal fantasyland. The package includes deluxe overnight accommodations; tickets to Rock City’s Enchanted Garden of Lights; breakfast in The Chattanoogan’s Broad Street Grille; and service charges.  Package prices start at $199 per night; it is available from November 18 through December 30. 


Rock City Enchanted Garden of Lights includes nightly entertainment in the pavilion, next to a warm fireplace with hot cocoa; Sugar Plum Fairy Makeovers for children, where little ones have the wonderful opportunity to dress up in costumes and transform themselves into magical fairies and have their faces painted; visits with Santa Clause and his elves; and Gingerbread cookie decorating. 


Holiday Rate – Rooms at the Inn

Perfect for out of town family and friends, The Chattanoogan is offering 20 percent off its Best Available Rate during the holidays.  The special reduced rate is available from November 26 – December 30.

Santa’s elves are getting into the holiday spirit, and offering guests of The Chattanoogan some delectable goodies to enjoy when visiting the hotel:

Christmas Dinner

Spend Christmas at Broad Street Grille with family and friends, while feasting on an incredible

Mediterranean Christmas Day Dinner prepared by the hotel’s talented culinary team.  The gourmet meal will be served from noon until 5 p.m. on Christmas Day, and is $32.95 for

adults, $17.95 for children seven – 12, and free for little ones who are six and under.


The meal includes BSG Fall Harvest Salad Bar; Hydroponic Field Greens; Arugula Salad with Prosciutto, Figs and Honey Vinaigrette; and BSG Caesar Salad Presentation.  Seafood favorites include Citrus-Fennel Peel and Eat Shrimp; House Smoked Salmon; Blue Crab-Mascarpone Dip; and Tuna Artichoke Pesto Dip.  Featured entrees are House Smoked Prime Rib of Beef with Roasted Garlic-Rosemary Demi Glace, Madeira-Herb Brined Turkey Breast with Parmesan-Crispy Pancetta Gravy, and Cider-Herb Marinated Pork Roast.  Accompaniments include Mascarpone-Sage Whipped Potatoes; Linguine with Leeks, Radicchio and Homemade Spicy Italian Sausage topped with Porcini Cream Sauce; and Sautéed Broccoli Rabe with Roasted Sweet Potatoes.


The gourmet meal with conclude with BSG’s Holiday Milk Chocolate Fountain accompanied by an array of dipping items; Panetone Bread and Butter Pudding; Caramel Apple Cobbler with Sweet Cinnamon Cream; Tiramisu-Eggnog Trifle; Apple Pie; Assorted Tarts and Cakes; Panna Cotta Shots; and Mini Dessert Shots.

New Year’s Eve

Ring in the New Year at The Chattanoogan with a four-course gourmet dinner at Broad Street Grille and festive holiday celebration with live entertainment at The Foundry.  Broad Street Grille’s New Year’s Eve Dinner begins with a wonderful Antipasto Table Display with House Smoked Salmon and Trout, Farm House Cheese, Cured Imported Charcuterie, and other delectable items. A Blood Orange Sorbet follows the first course.


Entrée selections include Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Thyme Whipped Potatoes; Grilled Natural Chicken Breast with Parmesan Pesto Risotto, Pancetta Asparagus and Poached Garlic Cream Sauce; Pan Seared Salmon Roulade “BLT” with Crispy Prosciutto, Brussel Sprout Salad and Oven Dried Tomato Vinaigrette; and Pan Seared Nantucket Scallops with Fennel Puree, Asparagus-Shiitake Salad and Blood Orange Gastrique. 


The delectable meal concludes with the New Year’s Eve Dessert Table that features a Pink Pastel White Chocolate Waterfall with Rice Crispy Squares, Mini Cookies, Brownies, Blondies, Cheesecake Squares, Pound Cake, Angel Food Cake, Fresh Fruit, Assorted Cakes, Tarts and Pies.


The Chattanoogan’s New Year’s Eve Celebration is $125 per couple and includes dinner, admission to The Foundry, champagne toast and party favors.  The Elton Hendrix Band will be performing on New Year’s Eve in The Foundry.  For reservations or more information, please call (423) 424-3700.
