The Tennessee Thanksgiving Dinner at Broad Street Grille will begin with a variety of delicious delicacies, including Peel and Eat Shrimp; Smoked Bacon Pimento Crab Dip; House Cured Pastrami Salmon; Cajun Smoked Catfish; Pecan Smoked Trout; Cured Salami; and Duck Prosciutto.
Featured salads will include Green Apple Roasted Cipollini Slaw; House Cured Local Vegetable Salad with Hydroponic Greens and Butternut Dressing; and BSG Southern Caesar Salad.
Buttermilk Fried Turkey Breast with Turkey Sausage Black Pepper Gravy and Lynchburg Lemonade Brined Fresh Ham with Mustard Jus will be carved to order.
Mouthwatering side items that will be served include Brown Sugar Nutmeg Glazed Sweet Potatoes; Country Ham and Mushroom Dressing; House Made Bacon and Manchester Mac and Cheese; and Slow Roasted Root Vegetables.
Incredible desserts include a Holiday Milk Chocolate Fountain with Marshmallows, Brownies, Cookies, and Fresh Fruit; Pecan Sticky Bun Bread Pudding; Bourbon Apple Cobbler with Sweet Cinnamon Cream; Petite Pumpkin Panna Cotta Parfait; and an assortment of pies, tarts and cakes.
