CELEBRATE MOMS ON MOTHER'S DAY AT THE BROAD STREET GRILLE

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (April 24, 2012) – Pamper Mom on her special day at Broad Street Grille’s Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch.   The talented culinary team at the restaurant will be preparing a bountiful Mother’s Day Brunch with a Mediterranean flair that is fit for a queen. The meal will be served from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13.  The price is $33.95 for adults and $17.95 for children; little ones six and under eat for free.  Reservations are highly recommended and may be made by calling (423) 424-3700.  Complimentary valet parking is provided.  

The Mother’s Day Brunch, which includes complimentary champagne, will begin with a variety of mouthwatering starters, such as Broad Street Grille Antipasto Bar, Farmed Salmon Fillets with Shaved Fennel-Orange Salad, Cured Tuna Loin with Olive Vinaigrette and Fried Capers, and Pinot Grigio Poached Peel and Eat Shrimp.   

Chimichurri Marinated Roast Beef with Greek Oregano-Garlic Demi Glace will be served at the Chef’s Action Station.  Melvin will also be preparing his made-to-order omelets, a guest favorite. 

There will be a variety of delectable breakfast fare, such as Mini Italian Frittatas with Prosciutto, Ricotta, Piquillo Peppers, Caramelized Onions and Peas; Applewood Smoked Bacon; Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs; Breakfast Red Bliss Potatoes; and Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy. 

Other delicious Mediterranean cuisine that will be served includes Crushed Fennel Seed and Lemon Rotisserie Chicken; Braised Pork Roast; Olive Oil Poached Fish with Tomato-Fennel Stew; Seafood Orzo Paella with Clams, Mussels, Scallops, Chicken and Chorizo; Whipped Potatoes with Feta, Herbs and Roasted Garlic; and Oven Roasted Ratatouille Vegetables with Roasted Garlic Oil and Arugula Pesto. 

 Broad Street Grille’s mouthwatering desserts include a Dark Chocolate Waterfall Fountain with Marshmallow Squares, Pound Cake, Cookies, Biscotti, Strawberries, and Angel Food Cake and an amazing assortment of other Cakes, Tarts, Tortes, Tiramisu, Vanilla Bean Pana Cotta, Banana Pudding Martinis, Cookies and Chocolates.
