Weekend Dinner Specials
Friday nights are Prime Rib Night. The menu will feature a succulent 14oz Rotisserie Aged Beef Prime Rib, served with creamy whipped potatoes, and tender oven-roasted carrots. On Saturday nights, our chef will offer a Farm-to-Table tasting menu featuring only the freshest ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. Our tasting menu is $60 per couple or $70 including a bottle of our House Wine.
Spring and summer are the perfect time of the year to enjoy a refreshing cocktail in The Foundry, or in our outdoor courtyard by the firepit. Alabama Slammer, Baby Beer and Sicilian Triangle are just a few of our monthly seasonal cocktails available in May. Mountain Valley Breeze is a favorite cocktail among our guests. Mountain Valley Breeze
2 ounces Lemon Moonshine
2-3 Strawberry Slices
3-4 Mint Leaves
¼ ounce Simple Syrup
Muddle fruit, mint and simple syrup in short rocks glass.Add ice, pour in Moonshine and stir lightly.Garnish with strawberry.

All the ingredients of our delicious country boil plus added new side items such as Oyster on the Half Shell, Chilled Mussel & Clam Salad, Crab Legs, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Crawfish and Scallop Etouffee & Carolina gold rice to name a few!
