The Broad Street Grille @ The Chattanoogan has launched a new Field to Table Concept. Executive Chef Matt Pinner and his team are now working with Chattanooga-area farmers to provide guests with the freshest, local products in the market including organic products when available.
Broad Street Grille's menu gives our patrons the option of enjoying a unique Field to Table Nightly Tasting Menu which is a delectable three-course dinner. Wine pairings can be included as well.
The hottest table in Chattanooga is The Chef's Table @ Broad Street Grille. The Chef's Table is an interactive eight-person table that is located in the restaurant's open exhibition kitchen. Guests may order from the menu or let the talented culinary team prepare chef's selections using the local ingredients.
