The Broad Street Grille is one of the region’s premier restaurants and features upscale, casual Southern Regional Cuisine enhanced by global flavors. The restaurant serves relaxed nightly dinners, sumptuous Sunday Brunches, affordable lunch and delicious breakfast buffets. The restaurant is known for mouthwatering dishes, seasonal ingredients and warm hospitality. Prime meats and sustainable seafood are enhanced with house made pastas, farm fresh produce from local growers, local artisan breads, signature side dishes, and rich sauces to offer a delectable contrast of flavors and textures.
The Broad Street Grille offers a wide range of affordable meals, and is a great restaurant for meeting friends after work, bringing family for a relaxed meal or enjoying a business dinner. The dinner menu changes twice a year so the culinary team can highlight the best seasonal offerings available.
At lunch, the BSG is one of the most popular spots in town. The meal, served buffet style, features a wide variety of salads, house made soups, hot entrees, fresh pasta dishes, sides and a large assortment of delectable desserts.
The Broad Street Grille’s Chef’s Table, the only Chef’s Table in the Chattanooga area, is a unique interactive dining experience for up to eight guests. Guests may order from the menu or let the chefs create a Southern hospitality menu tasting using many local ingredients. The Chef’s Table is located at the open exhibition kitchen, and is available nightly.
Guest who enjoy Al Fresco dining will appreciate BSG’s secluded courtyard, surrounded by mature trees, landscaping, Chef Pinner’s herb garden and a glass stone covered fire pit. The charming area is ideal for relaxing with friends, family and colleagues in a peaceful environment. The restaurant’s full menu and complete bar service are offered. Broad Street Grille’s award winning Sunday Champagne Brunch is served weekly from 11:30am to 2:00pm. It features a magnificent display of incredible breakfast and lunch items, carving stations, waffle station, salad stations, and a dessert bar with amazing handmade desserts.
The menu changes weekly based upon the availability of seasonal and local products. Signature items include Southern Benedict with Fried Green Tomatoes, Country Ham, Poached Egg with Tasso Hollandaise Sauce and Sweet Tea Brined Rotisserie Chicken.
At the Broad Street Grille, there are also private and semi-private dining options that are ideal for business functions, family gatherings or special occasions. The intimate Mountain Room accommodates private dining for groups of 5 to 25, and a full range of audiovisual equipment is available. The restaurant’s semi-private alcove area is a relaxed space for casual group meals. Guests may order from the menu or work with Chef Pinner to create an ideal menu for the event.
