The Day Conference Plan at The Chattanoogan offers a simplified method of pricing that combines the meeting space, meals, refreshment breaks, standard audio/visual and a conference planning manager into one, all-inclusive price per person including all gratuities. It's a cost-efficient way to budget and plan for day meetings.

Typically, space for Day Meetings is offered no more than 30 days prior to your event.  However, exceptions may be made based on the specific situation. Call (800) 619-0018 for more information.
